The Mill Valley Parks and Recreation department invites you to "Get Fit and Recreate", it's never too early to start. Relax, reduce stress, feel great, try something new, meet friends, learn a hobby, and build family unity...the benefits of recreation are endless.
You are invited to take a moment and review our Activity Guide as new and exciting programs and events have been added this Winter. No need to travel on the freeway, fight traffic or spend more and more money as gas prices soar. The majority of all activities are conveniently offered at the Community Center, Aquatics/Fitness Center, Golf Clubhouse, or at one of our local schools. When you think recreation don't forget about our beautiful Mill Valley Golf Course or the Boyle Park Tennis Courts, they too are located right here in Mill Valley.
Did you know...you can walk up and play a round of golf, play a match of tennis, swim laps in the pool, relax in the spa, run on the treadmill, lift weights or take an aerobic or spin class all on the spur of the moment? No membership or initiation fees required at the Center, on the Golf Course or at the Tennis Courts. Daily passes are available and of course you can always purchase annual or multi use passes which are the BEST value anywhere!!
